Working with Custom Workflow Apps in Toqio Design Studio

This guide provides detailed instructions on managing Custom Workflow Apps within Toqio Design Studio (TDS), including installation, editing configurations, and app removal.

Overview

Custom Workflow Apps allow you to create tailored solutions directly within TDS, enhancing your financial solutions with specific functionalities unique to your business processes.


Accessing Your Custom Workflow Apps

Step 1: Navigate to the Workflow Apps Section

  1. Log into TDS as a Customer Admin.
  2. From the Home page, locate the Your Workflow Apps section.
  3. Click View All to open the dedicated Workflow Apps page, listing all available apps .

Installing a Custom Workflow App

Step 2: Install a Custom Workflow App

  1. From the Workflow Apps page, select the app you want to install.

  2. Click on the app to open its detailed profile modal, where you'll see:

    • App name
    • Current status (Installed or Not Installed)
  3. If the app is not installed into your solution, click Install.

  4. Configure your installation options:

    • Choose platforms (Web, Mobile).
    • Select if the app should appear in the side menu.
    • Replace existing UI flows if needed (e.g., create account, issue new card, view PAN/PIN, compliance).
    • Assign app roles from dynamic roles available in your solution.
  5. Click Confirm Installation.

After successful installation, the app's status updates to Installed, and you'll see it listed with details about the solution, Marketplace Key, and installed platforms.


Editing a Custom Workflow App Configuration

Step 3: Modify Your App Configuration

  1. Navigate to My Apps.

  2. Select the installed Custom Workflow App and click Edit.

  3. Update the configuration settings as needed:

    • Adjust user roles
    • Change app settings and customisable options
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Note: You cannot edit the platforms the app is installed on. To change platforms, uninstall and reinstall the app.


Uninstalling a Custom Workflow App

Step 4: Remove an App from Your Solution

  1. Navigate to My Apps.
  2. Locate the app you want to uninstall.
  3. Click the Uninstall button next to the app.

Upon successful uninstallation, the app status will revert to Not Installed, and it will no longer be available in your solution.
