Toqio Configuration Portal was born to give the necessary tools to both customers and partners so that they can, thanks to the configuration platform (no code and low code tools), customize their products. In this way, the Toqio Configuration Portal helps you develop freely, within a framework of actions.

This brings our customers and system integrators speed, agility, and versatility when developing customized solutions for customers and end customers. This opens a wide range of possibilities and aims to simplify the process of configuring a fintech solution by giving customers granular control, eliminating intermediaries and avoiding technical complexities in most cases.

There are many ways for customers and partners to configure elements, broadly categorized into three groups:

  • Add or tailor specific functions for merchants. For example by developing a new currency converter.
  • Adapt an existing Toqio journey to make it more personalized for merchants. For example, creating a new card or business process journey that meets the unique needs of the business.
  • Develop new features outside the Toqio environment These may be required for the business and will need to be optimized for subsequent connection to the Toqio platform..

To allow customers and system integrators to do this, Toqio offers functions in various platform locations:

  • My Apps
    One location with clarity on all the apps you have developed and added, they will appear here.
  • Workflow Studio
    This is our low-code environment where you can develop custom solutions for your clients.
  • Add Features
    You can add apps that you have previously developed in the Workflow Studio and have them appear in your “My features” area or you can add other features from various providers.
  • Menu Manager
    Configure the way that the end user will see the menu sidebar. Remove items, add items, change their order, or select whether to show items to specific roles or not (director, employee, etc.)
