- Director Journey – Completes both KYC (user) and KYB (company) compliance
- Non-Director Journey – Completes only KYB (company) compliance
- New Director Registration – Business entity invites/registers a new Director, requiring KYC completion before access
Sole Trader Onboarding
Description: The sole trader undergoes compliance review to achieve a Completed or Declined status.

- Director Journey – Completes KYC (user) compliance and provides Supporting documents
Resubmission Process
Description: If the compliance provider rejects a merchant, they can:
- Re-upload documents
- Update user and business details
- Re-submit for compliance review
