Managing Your Solution's Apps

The My Apps section in Toqio Design Studio (TDS) serves as your control centre for managing all apps within your solution. It provides functionalities for installing, configuring, editing, and uninstalling your financial, functional, and custom workflow apps.

When you configure or install an app from the App Marketplace, it will automatically appear within the appropriate category on the My Apps page. Similarly, any custom workflow apps built using Toqio Workflows will also be listed in their designated section once installed.

App Categories in "My Apps"

The My Apps page organises your apps into three distinct sections, each catering to specific types of apps:

1. Financial Apps

Financial Apps enable you to offer financial products and services through integrations with banking providers, such as:

  • Business accounts
  • Payment processing
  • Card issuance and management
  • Point-of-sale (PoS) solutions
  • Lending services
  • Insurance products

2. Functional Apps

Functional Apps enhance user journeys and streamline operational processes within your Toqio platform. Examples include:

  • Expense management
  • Team and role management

3. Custom Workflow Apps

These apps are uniquely created by you using Toqio Workflows. They allow significant customisation to your user journeys and can replace or augment existing features within your financial solutions.

Installing and Configuring Apps

When you select and install an app from the App Marketplace, the installed app will then appear in the relevant section within My Apps.

Editing Apps

To modify an app's configuration:

  1. Go to the My Apps section.
  2. Select the relevant app from the appropriate category.
  3. Click Edit to adjust settings.
  4. Save the changes to update the app configuration.

Uninstalling Apps

To remove an app from your solution:

  1. Navigate to the My Apps section.
  2. Find the app you wish to remove.
  3. Click Uninstall and confirm the action.

This process removes the app from all associated platforms.


Additional Information

  • Custom Workflow Apps must first be created within Toqio Workflows and then installed through the Your Workflows Apps section on the home page.
  • Financial and Functional Apps are maintained by Toqio and are regularly updated to ensure optimal functionality.
